 | Appointment Policy
Hospital hours are 7:00AM - 6:00PM Monday through Friday, and 7:30AM - 1:00PM on Saturday. Doctors Hours are 8:00AM - 5:30PM Monday through Friday, and 8:00AM - 12:30PM on Saturday. Appointments are recommended to decrease waiting time. Walk-ins are accepted when time permits between appointments. Emergencies always have priority. Complimentary day boarding is encouraged for those with a busy schedule. This is a complimentary service except when no medical care is being requested.

|  | | Pre-surgical Policy
Dogs/cats - no food after midnight. Pre-anesthetic bloodwork is optional for electives and if chosen, must be collected one day in advance of surgery. Pets should be prevented from eating after midnight but may have water. Drop offs for surgery are between 7 and 8 am. Please plan on 10 to 15 minutes to discuss the surgery and options with a surgical technician.
| | After-Hours Emergencies
After-hour emergencies are sometimes seen when of a nature that can be dealt with using limited staff. Most emergencies are best treated by the Emergency Veterinary Clinic, a state of the art, fully staffed, after-hours facility located in Tabb (874-8115), 5-1/2 miles south of GAH on Highway 17.

Payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Care Credit, and Traveler's checks. New clients receive a $10 credit against their first exam. Referring clients also receive a $10 credit applied to their account. Wellness Plans are available which provide discounts for most elective services.
