The History of Grafton Animal Hospital
Grafton Animal Hospital opened March 1994 in a 2,500 square foot facility. In 1999, the practice had grown too large for the existing structure and was enlarged to 4,000 square feet by adding a larger kennel, a cat boarding area, and a grooming room. One year later, the treatment area and waiting room were enlarged by 30% and an exam room was added. In late 2005, the hospital was expanded once again to its current 6,000 square feet.
Grafton Animal Hospital was first inspected by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) in 1995 and was certified to the highest level of accreditation. It has been recertified several times since and still maintains this prestigious status. AAHA is recognized as the world’s leading association for small animal veterinary hospitals and their goal is to help veterinary practices provide the very best in companion animal care.
